Yaroslav Deiak is the founder and Managing Attorney of the Firm. He is an experienced litigator specializing in commercial and civil disputes. Yaroslav has considerable experience in representing clients' interests in courts of all instances and qualified legal support of international agreements. He provides effective advice on the application of both national and international private law, in particular in the areas of tax, intellectual and corporate law.
Clients value him for his deep understanding of internal business processes related to the implementation of tasks, as well as for the prompt resolution of problems and creative approach. For more than 9 years, Yaroslav has been successfully representing clients in complex and important disputes, advising representatives of national and international business, banks, industrial corporations and individuals.
